E-mail Forwarding in Shared Hosting
The Hepsia Control Panel, which is provided with all our shared hosting plans, will allow you to forward any e-mail in the account to a second one effortlessly. This can be done either throughout the creation of a new mailbox or any time later on in case you decide that you will need this feature. During the process, you will be able to decide if you need a duplicate of the e-mails to be maintained on the server. This way, you will have a backup and you will prevent the probability to lose a message if the forwarding is to an external address, which can be temporarily unavailable. This feature can be enabled and disabled whenever you want, though if you use e-mail for critical matters, it is far better to use it, because no data of the email messages will be kept on the server in case the option is not active. Any time you decide that you do not need forwarding any longer, it will take only a mouse click to disable it.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you have a semi-dedicated server from our company, it will take you simply a few clicks inside the Email Manager part of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel to forward any of the e-mails set up on our server to a third-party address. In the very same section you will additionally be able to observe how many of your mailboxes are forwarded and exactly where the incoming e-mails are going. It is easy to enable or deactivate a forwarding account at any time and during the process you could also decide whether a backup of the emails has to be kept on our servers or not.
